3. Weight & Seating Policy

• Passenger weight must be accurately disclosed.

• Additional charges may apply where applicable.

4. Baggage Policy

• Baggage allowance is subject to helicopter load limitations.
• Excess baggage may be refused.
• Dangerous goods are strictly prohibited.

5. Operational Conditions

All helicopter services remain subject to:

• Weather conditions
• Air traffic restrictions
• Government regulations
• Technical and operational requirements
• Force majeure events

Buransh Aviation reserves the right to modify schedules, routes, and itineraries when required.

6. Safety Compliance

Passengers must comply with all aviation safety regulations. Failure to comply may result in denied boarding without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, graphics, text, and branding are the property of Buransh Aviation and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Buransh Aviation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from delays, cancellations, weather disruptions, or operational restrictions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent Indian courts.
